Engineer& manager
Half developer, half project manager — and that's the point.
I'm Ridwan, software engineer and project manager at Tribe Marketing and Happy To Deliver. Most of my work sits where engineering meets delivery: scoping the build, designing the architecture, coding the hard parts, then keeping a distributed team moving until it's live.
I've spent 7 years in project management and marketing and 3 in software development. Day to day that means Laravel and Vue on the platform side, websites, social media and ad campaigns on the brand side, and the unglamorous work in between: database design, access control, QA plans, budgets, and the client call where all of it has to make sense in plain language.
I like projects that are slightly too big for the timeline. That's usually where the interesting decisions live.
